Our Programs

Automatic Delivery

When you enroll in automatic fuel delivery, you never have to worry about scheduling another delivery of heating oil or propane, checking the fuel levels or worry about being home to pay for it when it arrives.

Just one call to us and you're set year-round. We set up a schedule based on your tank size, past usage and our state-of-the-art degree day system. We know things happen and additional appliances are added without our knowledge, so we ask you to let us know when these things occur so we can adjust your schedule.

Payment is due within 15 days of delivery date and a valid credit card must be on file. 

Budget Plan

We offer a 10-month budget plan for customers August through May with no credit account approval. This payment option helps spread the seasonal costs of fuel over a 10-month period.

Monthly payments are due by the 15th of every month and are determined using two factors: your estimated usage and the projected average price per gallon. As a budget customer, you pay only for the oil that you use. Any credit left over on the account after the budget ends will either be refunded or rolled over to the next year’s budget.

All balances from higher-than-expected usage would be due in full at the end of the budget period.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due within 15 days of delivery date.
• The delivery slip that is left when we deliver to your home is your invoice.
• If your current balance is not received within 15 days of delivery, you will be charged the charge price which is $0.20 more a gallon.
• Any payment that is not received after 30 days will also be charged a $30 fee.
• Payments that are not received after 30 days will be charged to the credit card on file.
